All ceramic works submitted to Wood Fired Ceramics Co are handmade and intended for high-temperature wood firing. Customers acknowledge and accept that wood firing is an unpredictable process influenced by flame movement, ash deposits, kiln atmosphere, temperature fluctuation, and natural material reactions.
Variations in glaze, texture, color, ash effects, surface markings, cracking, warping, shrinkage, or breakage are considered natural characteristics of the wood-firing process and are not considered defects.
Each piece is unique and cannot be perfectly replicated. Final firing results may differ significantly from expectations, sketches, sample images, or previous firings.
Wood Fired Ceramics Co does not guarantee specific firing outcomes, glaze appearances, colors, surfaces, or structural integrity after firing.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that submitted works are properly constructed, fully dry, and suitable for high-temperature wood firing and international transportation.
Wood Fired Ceramics Co reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or stop processing any work deemed unsafe, unstable, improperly packaged, too fragile, or unsuitable for transportation or firing.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and international transportation, Wood Fired Ceramics Co is not responsible for loss, breakage, delays, customs issues, or damage occurring during shipping, handling, storage, transportation, loading, unloading, or firing.
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance if additional protection is required.
All timelines provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to firing schedules, weather conditions, transportation, customs clearance, material conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
All sales, firing services, shipping fees, deposits, workshop bookings, and custom arrangements are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By placing an order or using our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and risks associated with handmade ceramics, wood firing, and international transportation.
All website content, text, images, photographs, branding, and designs remain the property of Wood Fired Ceramics Co unless otherwise stated.
