Policy

All works must be properly packaged before shipping to Wood Fired Ceramics Co.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our studio.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, international transportation, and the wood-firing process, customers acknowledge that cracking, breakage, warping, glaze variation, ash marks, and other natural firing effects may occur.

The full process, including shipping, firing, and return delivery, generally takes approximately 2–3 months.

​

Expedited shipping or special handling services may be available upon request. Additional costs will be quoted separately and must be covered by the customer.

While we will do our best to carefully handle and package all works, Wood Fired Ceramics Co is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during shipping or transportation.

​

Shipping insurance may be purchased at the customer’s request.
