Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, high-temperature wood firing, and international transportation, all services, firing fees, shipping fees, deposits, and custom arrangements are final and non-refundable.

Customers acknowledge and accept that cracking, breakage, warping, glaze changes, firing defects, surface marks, ash deposits, or complete loss may occur during transportation or firing.

Wood Fired Ceramics Co does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or compensation for any firing results, damage, breakage, delays, or unexpected outcomes.

All risks associated with handmade ceramics, wood firing, packaging, transportation, and firing are fully accepted by the customer before using our services.
